In this source booklet we examine a meditative technique described by R. Azriel (1160-1238 ca.) and R. Ezra (d. 1227 ca.), kabbalists in Gerona, Spain in the early 13th century. Thought is elevated to its Source linking it to the Divine Sefirot and enabling a mystical union with Divine Power that can then flow to the lower realms. This is compared to opening the waters of a pool which then flow from their Source providing Infinite Blessing and Joy.
